Card details and billing information are processed directly by those providers and are never stored on Elitapex systems — we receive only the limited confirmation data needed to grant and manage your access. For your safety, never share card numbers or other sensitive financial details in the Telegram channel or with other members.

3. Content Delivery via Telegram

Our paid content is delivered through Telegram. As channel and group administrators, we have access to certain data generated within our community, including messages, files, media, interaction history, usernames, and phone numbers where members have chosen to reveal them. We take reasonable measures to protect this data and to restrict access to authorized administrators only.

Because Telegram is an independent platform, its collection and processing of your data is governed by Telegram’s own Privacy Policy, over which Elitapex has no control. We encourage you to review it and to avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information with other members.
